Clean hotel with helpful staff and good food in restaurant. Perugia is perfect central spot to explorer umbria. This hotel is right next to the main road interchanges so provides quick access to getting out and about if your planning to drive/explore the area.

The noise from nearby road. Restaurant can be shut (but dont let it put you off - there's good (underground) pizzeria within 5 mins walk).

In the evening we visited Biancorosso it was nearby. Staying walking distance to everything we needed, like mulino.

This place was perfect for our restful stay, conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Sant'Egidio airport.

Nothing. We wanted a hotel in the center of the region so we can do day trips by car. Then when we were back at the hotel in the evening eat something at a restaurant nearby. This because they eat late in Italy, It starts from 2100 hour on.

It's to far from the main city, about 5 Km. There is not so much to do or see around the hotel. Also the breakfast is nothing special. Sometimes there was nobody that could speak english. For a hotel that advertise itself on international sites that should not happen.And when we asked the receptionist for a good restaurant he mentioned his hotel restaurant first what is his good right, but we don't like to eat in a hotel and went to another restaurant nearby. Since then we had the feeling that he was less interested in us as customers.

The hotel is close to the ringroad of Perugia, highly suitable for car trips but impersonal. Plenty and good breakfast, kind staff, cleaness, good services (but the shower was small and bad operating). I had a great internet discount. If not, the hotel should be expensive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for money. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including convenient parking and reliable wifi. The location was perfect, right near the exit of the freeway and close to the center of Perguia. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Good location for those travelling by car. easy to reach from the highway. Very close to different points of interest such as Perugia, Assisi and Perugina chocolate factory.

The hotel was just average in all aspects. The breakfast was OK and my wife particularly liked the coffee.

Rooms were furnished very cheaply and the the shower was very small.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the center of Perugia and the nearby airport. It is also very close to the autostrada, making it convenient for travelers with a car. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests can enjoy a nice continental breakfast in the morning.

The front rooms may experience some noise from the nearby freeway, but it is not too disruptive.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great value for money (we had a very cheap deal, paying 156 euro total for two double rooms, for two nights). The location is convenient (right near the exit of the freeway).

The location, although convenient, is not pretty and at least the front rooms are a bit noisy since the freeway is very close by. But it's not a very annoying kind of noise since it is continuous---but it is traffic noise anyway.

Convenient Location and Good Price We stayed here during our trip to Umbria and enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was really close to the highway, making it easy to get around and visit the surrounding area. the price was also good and we managed to get a deal that made it very economical.

Outdated Hotel and Poor Breakfast Unfortunately, the hotel looked very outdated and the decor was quite old-fashioned. the breakfast offered was also disappointing, as there weren't many options and the food did not look very fresh.

Conveniently located near the autostrada, making it a great base for day trips. Spacious rooms with clean and comfortable beds. Polite and helpful staff readily available for tourist information.
